Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original transaction or annual renewal date. Monthly subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, or if you have questions regarding a refund, contact our Support team using our Customer Support contact form. The refund request must come from the same email address or company domain associated with your SketchUp account. Please include the email address used for the transaction, the account number, and the date of the transaction.

Note: Monthly subscription plans only qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Monthly renewal fees are not eligible for a refund.

Canceling Your Subscription Plan

If you request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction and that refund is approved our Support Team will cancel your subscription immediately. When a subscription is canceled in this way you will no longer have access to any SketchUp subscription plan features. You can continue to use SketchUp without a subscription. For more information on using SketchUp without a subscription see SketchUp Free.

Note: Subscription plans come with unlimited Trimble Connect cloud storage. Free plans only provide 10 GB of cloud storage. If you cancel your subscription and you have more than 10 GB of files in your Trimble Connect account, you can still access those files but can no longer add any new files until you are under that 10 GB limit.

When canceling a subscription yourself, you can continue to use SketchUp until the end of your subscription term. The easiest way to cancel your subscription and make sure you aren’t charged on your next renewal date is to disable auto-renew in Plan Settings. For more information see Plan Management.

For more subscription refund and cancellation details, see our End User License Agreement (EULA).
