Pricing Update - FAQ
The price of Pro and Studio subscription plans will change on July 10, 2023. We know you may have some questions, and we are here to help. To get you all the information you need about this change, we've put together answers to a few common questions.
What prices are changing?
The Pro and Studio annual subscription plans will be offered at the following yearly rates:

No other subscription plans will be impacted at this time.
Who is affected by the pricing update?
The new prices will apply to all customers with commercial Pro or Studio subscriptions on or after July 10, 2023. On or after that date, the new prices will be used for subscription renewals, adding additional seats, or when buying new subscriptions.
How is SketchUp notifying customers about these price updates?
Pro and Studio commercial subscribers will receive an email at least 30 days before these changes go into effect. Go to your Account Management Portal to verify your billing date and subscription plan price information.
When will the price update happen?
The new prices will apply to all customers on or after July 10, 2023.
Where can I compare my subscription plan to a different one?
The Plans and Pricing page is a great way to see all available SketchUp subscription plans, what features each plan offers, and compare pricing.
How do I update my subscription?
You can always update your subscription through your Account Management Portal. If you are having trouble changing your plan, look at Plan Management for a step-by-step guide.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Account Management Portal and turn off Auto-Renew. See the Auto-Renewal Settings section of Billing and Payment for more information.

Do I need to take any action because of the price changes?
No. Our systems will update your subscription plan automatically.

What if I purchased SketchUp through a verified reseller or partner?

Can I renew my subscription early before the pricing changes?
Out of fairness to all subscribers, the new pricing applies to everyone beginning July 10, 2023, and existing subscribers cannot renew early.
