Checking Your System

If you are having issues while using SketchUp, but aren’t sure what is causing them, you may want to check your system for compatibility issues. The good news is that you can do this with utilities already available as part of your operating system.

Note: SketchUp will perform some basic compatibility checks on launch. If the basic requirements for the new graphics engine are not met, SketchUp will use the classic graphics engine instead.
