What’s the difference between a license and a subscription?

A license provides single-user access to one or more products. A SketchUp subscription provides access to a product license for the duration of the subscription term. A subscription can include one or more licenses for one or more users.

Where can I find my license keys?

SketchUp subscriptions do not require a license key or authorization code. You can find all products and licenses associated with your subscription in Products & Licenses, found in the left navigation bar of the Admin Console. For more information, see My Products.

Who can make changes to product licenses?

Only Account Owners or Secondary Account Owners can make product license changes. Account Admins can assign available licenses to other users.

How do I add additional product licenses?

Account Owners and Secondary Account Owners can add product licenses to an existing subscription under Products & Licenses. For detailed instructions on how to add a license to a subscription, see License Management.

How do I assign, reassign, or remove a product license?

Account Owners, Secondary Account Owners, and Admins can assign, reassign, or revoke product licenses to both new and existing users. For detailed instructions on how to manage product license assignments, see Assigning Products.

How do I remove a license from my account?

To remove one or more licenses from your account, you must cancel your subscription then resubscribe using the lower license count. For more information, see Refunds and Cancellations.
