SketchUp's Help Center

Since you are here, you probably have figured out that our Help Center is a great place to find answers to common questions. Whether you are having trouble logging in, managing your subscription, or using a specific product, the Help Center has resources available to help you.

SketchUp Community

The SketchUp Community is more than just a way to find answers to your SketchUp questions. In the SketchUp Community you can:

  • Connect with other SketchUp users
  • Learn tips and tricks from SketchUp experts
  • Share your knowledge with others
  • Find answers to specific questions

SketchUp Sales

Need help with purchasing a plan or have questions about our available products? Our Sales team can help you find the right SketchUp plan for you or connect you with a member of our global network of SketchUp partners.

SketchUp Customer Support

Our Technical Support Team is a great resource to help when you have a more complex issue.. The team provides comprehensive support to current Sketchup subscribers using a supported version of SketchUp. If you don't have an active subscription, the Support Team can still help you with account recovery or reactivating a subscription.

For support in English, our Customer Support team is here to help you Monday - Friday, from 1 a.m. MST - 5 p.m. MST. We also provide limited support in French and German. For support in all other regions or languages, connect with our global network of SketchUp partners.

SketchUp Classic License

SketchUp Classic Licenses, also known as a Perpetual License, are no longer available. If you have Classic License and have access to the version associated with it, we can help you look up your license through our License Manager.

SketchUp Studio

SketchUp Studio includes V-Ray for SketchUp, a plugin offered through a partnership with Chaos group that can help you infuse your model with photorealistic, ray traced rendering. You can find support resources for V-Ray in both the SketchUp Help Center and the V-Ray for SketchUp forums on the Chaos site.
