How do I make sure my subscription renews without disruption?

Contact your reseller before your renewal date.

SketchUp notifies subscribers ahead of time when their account is up for renewal. 30 days before renewal you can find a link to your reseller’s contact information in the AMP. Use that link to reach out to your reseller to make sure your subscription will continue without interruption.

10 days before renewal SketchUp will send a reminder email with instructions on how to contact your reseller.

Renewing a subscription prior to the expiration date transfers all entitlements and existing users will have uninterrupted access to their products.

For more information about renewal options contact your local reseller.
