• If you are getting an error that says "This application has been authorized" when attempting to log into any of the SketchUp websites (forums, 3DWarehouse, Extension Warehouse), most likely the solution is to change your internet browser's security settings to allow cookies from 3rd party websites.

  • SketchUp can help you manage which extensions will load when you first open the application. To find these options, click Settings () in the Extension Manager.You can choose from three options:

  • You may see this error when interacting with 3D Warehouse or Extension Warehouse from inside SketchUp. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  • Purchased extensions come with a license. That license is what allows you to use that extension in SketchUp. If SketchUp identifies an issue with a license, it won’t load that extension and you’ll see an error. To help you resolve licensing errors, here’s a list outlining the different errors you can get and what you can do to resolve them:

  • When updating SketchUp to a new version you can copy all Classifications, Components, Materials, Styles, and Templates. You can even migrate your extensions using the Extension Migrator extension.

  • The Extension Manager in SketchUp and the My Extensions page in Extension Warehouse can help you manage, update, or uninstall the extensions you’ve chosen to use.To enable or disable extensions on the Home tab, use the toggle next to each listing. You can also enable or disable all extensions using the Enable and Disable links at the top of the window.

  • If you aren’t using SketchUp, you can still browse and download from Extension Warehouse at extensions.sketchup.com. For free extensions, click Download on that extension’s details page.
