What is SketchUp Go?
SketchUp Go is a subscription-based version of SketchUp for Web that includes professional-level features as well as Trimble Connect for Business and email support.
What Happened to SketchUp Shop?
We realized that there were users than just shop users using that Subscription, so decided we might want to be a bit diverse in the naming. Additionally, we released SketchUp for iPad which as part of this Subscription as well which is the definition of portability. SketchUp Go IS SketchUp Shop and even more!
Can I use SketchUp Go on my iOS or Android device?
SketchUp for Web works best on a device that allows you to use a mouse. Although you can open SketchUp Go, on a tablet or mobile device, you’ll likely find it works best on a desktop computer with a three-button mouse.
How is SketchUp Go different than SketchUp for Web, Free?

Do I have to pay a subscription fee if I already own SketchUp Pro and have an active Maintenance and Support Plan?
SketchUp Go is a new web-based application that is independent of the SketchUp Pro license and Maintenance and Support Plan.
How do I upgrade from Go to the Pro subscription?
We are excited you have decided to upgrade to a SketchUp Pro subscription. This is a breeze with our new Trimble Account Manager. Using the Trimble Account Manager you can manage, upgrade, and purchase new subscriptions.

How do I add another user to my SketchUp Go subscription?
To make changes to your subscription please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Account Management Portal
- Navigate to the Subscriptions panel
- In the row for SketchUp Go, click the "+" on the right side of the screen.
- A new section will now be visible where you can create additional users.
What kind of support is provided for SketchUp Go?
With a subscription to SketchUp Go you receive email technical support. You also have access to the SketchUp Forum.
