  3. Add your catalog content.

If you’re interested in adding the catalog features to a 3D Warehouse collection, contact the Sales team for the 3D Warehouse and manufacturers.

Setting your catalog home page

You can designate any existing collection as your catalog home page. Your catalog can have only one home page. To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Open the collection that you’d like to make your main catalog page.
  2. Click the context menu below the catalog title and select Edit Collection.
  3. Toggle Make This My Catalog Home Page to the On position.
  4. In the dialog box that appears, confirm that you want to make this page your catalog home page.
  5. Add or edit the catalog title, description, and URL.
  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the window.
Tip: On the catalog page, add the marketing message for the catalog as a whole. To add details for each collection and subcollection page, as well as product descriptions on each model page, try the bulk content uploader, which enables you to add all this content quickly and easily.

Adding a catalog banner graphic

You can apply on graphic as a banner for your catalog. To optimize your banner graphic’s appearance, follow these image file specifications:

  • Save the image as a .jpg or .png file

To upload a banner graphic, follow these steps:

  2. Click Add a Catalog Banner and select your banner image. If you have an existing banner, hover over the image and click Edit Catalog Banner.
  3. Under Add a Banner URL , type the URL that you want users to see when they click your catalog banner.
  4. Use the slider to adjust how your banner appears in the visible area.
  5. When you’re done making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the window. Your banner image now appears on the catalog home page and on any collection or model that you add to the catalog.
