You can create as many pages as your document needs and manage them all right from the Pages panel. The Pages menu also has commands to create and navigate pages.

The Pages panel contains the following options to help manage your pages:

  • Add – Add a new blank page to your document.
  • Duplicate – Duplicate the selected page or pages.
  • Delete – Delete selected page or pages.
  • Rename – Change the name of the selected page.
  • Move Up, Move Down – Move the selected page up or down in the list of pages.
  • Export – Select one or more pages, right-click and choose Export to export that selection to a desired format.
  • Print – Select one or more pages, and right-click and choose Print to proceed to print options for the selected pages.
  • Show In Presentation – When activated, the selected page will appear when navigating between pages. When turned off, the selected page will be hidden when navigating between pages.

To navigate between pages, you can click Previous Page or Next Page in the toolbar, or select Previous or Next in the Pages menu. From the Pages panel, you can also click individual pages to jump to them.
