Whatever your experience level or modeling style, the way you model impacts SketchUp’s performance. Using the recommended system requirements helps, but there are a few other things you can do to optimize your SketchUp experience.
Please note that a planned maintenance event on Sunday, July 7th, will result in a Trimble Connect outage in the EU Region between 4:30 and 6:30 a.m. UTC. All Trimble Connect services will be unavailable across our web, mobile, and desktop at this time. During the outage, you will not be able to open, publish, create, or change files that live in Trimble Connect. SketchUp for Web users will be unable to save or export files from the app during this outage.
